Pricing: All prices listed on the Service are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged to the customer will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Product Description: We attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description of the Products. However, LULU 88 STORE does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Service are fully accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Availability: All Products are subject to availability. If any item is unavailable after the order is placed, we will notify you and offer a suitable substitute or process a refund for the unavailable item.
Order Confirmation: An order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt of your order.
Delivery: Delivery will be made to the address and time slot specified by you. While we strive to adhere to delivery times, we are not liable for any delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all Products purchased passes to you upon the delivery of the Products to the delivery address.
Cancellation by Customer: Orders may be cancelled through the website up to 3 Hours before the scheduled delivery slot.
Returns: We accept returns for quality issues (e.g., damage, expiry, incorrect item) at the time of delivery. If you are unsatisfied, you must notify the delivery agent immediately.
Refunds: Refunds for approved returns or cancellations will be processed to the original method of payment or as store credit within 5-7 Business Days.
All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of LULU 88 STORE or its content suppliers and protected by national and international intellectual property laws.
LULU 88 STORE, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka State Government. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore.
