We accept returns for items that are damaged, expired, incorrect, or spoiled. Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, our return window is very short.

Note: We cannot accept returns on items reported after the designated window.
Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:
Reporting: The issue is reported to the delivery agent or Customer Support within the applicable timeframe.
Condition: The item is in the same condition as when it was received, except for the defect (e.g., spoilage, damage).
Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
Excluded Items: Items like certain personal care products, open spice packs, or items explicitly marked as non-returnable (for hygiene reasons) are excluded.
Upon acceptance of a valid return, the customer will be offered one of the following refund options:
Store Credit: A credit equivalent to the value of the returned product will be immediately applied to your LULU 88 STORE account for use on your next purchase. (Fastest Option)
Replacement: If the item is in stock, we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered in your next available slot.
Refund to Original Payment Method: The refund amount will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, etc.). This process typically takes [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 5-7 business days] to reflect in your account.
Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your order free of charge through your account dashboard up to [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 3 hours] before your scheduled delivery slot.
