1. General Policy and Scope

  • Acceptable Returns: We accept returns only for items that are damaged, expired, incorrect, or spoiled.

  • Perishable Nature: Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, our return window is strictly limited.

2. Timeframe for Reporting Issues

To ensure freshness and product integrity, issues must be reported within these strict windows:

  • Fresh Produce (Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy, Meat): Must be reported at the time of delivery to the delivery agent.

  • Non-Perishables (Pantry, Household Items): Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Missing or Incorrect Items: Must be reported to the delivery agent or Customer Support within 3 hours of receiving your order.

  • Note: We cannot accept returns on any item reported after the designated window has passed.

3. Conditions for Return Acceptance

Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • Reporting: The issue is reported to the delivery agent or Customer Support within the applicable timeframe.

  • Condition: The item is in the same condition as when it was received, except for the defect (e.g., spoilage, damage).

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).

  • Excluded Items: Items like certain personal care products, open spice packs, or items explicitly marked as non-returnable (for hygiene reasons) are excluded.

4. Refund Options

Upon acceptance of a valid return, the customer will be offered one of the following refund options:

  • Store Credit: A credit equivalent to the value of the returned product will be immediately applied to your LULU 88 STORE account for use on your next purchase (Fastest Option).

  • Replacement: If the item is in stock, we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered as soon as possible.

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: The refund amount will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, etc.). This process typically takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your order free of charge through your account dashboard up to 3 hours before your scheduled delivery.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made after this 3-hour period may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 15% of the total order value.

  • Cancellation by LULU 88 STORE: We reserve the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, payment failure, or issues with the delivery address. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be processed immediately.
